Going Green and Red

steamed lady's fingers or gumbo and fresh tomatoes (okra at kamatis)
fried anchovies and tomatoes (dilis at kamatis)
Bugguong (Fish Sauce) is an Ilocano condiment
freshly and finely chopped tomatoes
horseradish leaves, string beans, tomatoes, with bugguong and fried or grilled fish (bulong ti marunggay, utong, kamatis, bugguong ken nasagpawan ti pinirito wenno natuno nga ikan)

 My summer breakfast turned out healthy compared to what I usually eat in the metro.  Looking at these photos makes me salivate again and again.  During the summer, I satiated myself with fruits and vegetables.  Green leafy vegetables with fresh tomatoes, pinakbet, mouthwatering watermelon, turnips, green and yellow mangoes, fish and seaweeds, boiled sweet potatoes and banana for merienda and the unbeatable thirst quenching icy water!(",)
